Salwan Education Trust had the proud privilege of hosting the ICP (International Conference of Principals) Annual Council Meet 2025 from 26–29 September at Hotel Aloft, Gurugram. The four-day global conference brought together eminent school leaders, policy makers, and education experts from across continents to deliberate on the theme “Leadership in Action.”

Adding to the school’s pride, Ms. Sonia Wadhwa (Head of the school) and Ms. Tajinder Kaur represented Salwan Junior School, engaging in thought-provoking exchanges with global education leaders.

Sessions across the two days featured international speakers and panelists from Africa, the Americas, Asia & Oceania, Europe, and India, who shared insights on leadership succession planning, policies for managing artificial intelligence in education, and sustainable leadership practices. Interactive table discussions and plenary conclusions enriched the deliberations with diverse perspectives.

The students of Salwan Junior School also had the privilege of showcasing their classical dance performance during the visit of foreign delegates to Salwan Public School, Rajinder Nagar.
