United by Ink
On 14th February 2026, the students of Salwan Junior School successfully conducted an enriching episode in an online event in collaboration with United by Ink, Kid’s platform. It was hosted by the talented nine students from classes III to V, where students showcased their language supremacy on the theme of love.
This collaboration with the ongoing UBI Fest of 15 days gave them a chance to express themselves about love- love for parents, for friends, for nature, for our own self and for all living beings. The theme encouraged students to articulate their thoughts with clarity, originality, and emotional depth. Each participant demonstrated thoughtful preparation and a clear understanding of voice modulation, expression, and audience engagement in a digital setting. It was showcased on the YouTube live streaming platform. The event was conceptualized as a celebration of language literacy, independent thinking, and confident self-expression.
UBI – United by Ink provided a dynamic virtual platform where young learners showcased their creative abilities through poems, anecdotes, short stories, rhymes, and raps. One of the most significant advantages of such platforms is the development of independent thinking and linguistic proficiency. Through poetry and storytelling, students enhanced vocabulary, sentence construction, voice projection, and expressive delivery. The inclusion of rhymes and raps added rhythm and dynamism, demonstrating how language can be both structured and innovative.
The following team of students which made us proud by being themselves in front of hundreds of viewers are: Aaditya Bajaj (V-B), Riaan Singh (III-A), Tashvi Tanwar (III-A), Shivansh Kawatra (IV-B), Paviksha Bhatia (IV-B), Vriddhi Kohli (IV-A), Ivaan Goel (IV-A), Samarth Kalra (V-A) and Arnav Singh (IV-B), along with their teacher mentor Sabinder Kaur, who further guided and polished their abilities.
The event proved to be an empowering learning experience. Students not only performed exceptionally well but also gained valuable life skills—confidence, clarity of thought, persuasive communication, and collaborative learning.
