Golden and Silver Colour Day Celebration

On Wednesday, 5th February 2025, Salwan Public School, Gurugram, celebrated a vibrant and creative “Golden and Silver Colour Day.” The event aimed to stimulate imagination and creativity in the students by exploring the significance of these colours through hands-on activities.

Students of Montessori I and II engaged in a fun activity of tearing and pasting golden and silver paper to create star-shaped cut-outs, while Montessori III students took part in a thought-provoking project. They created two scenes—one depicting clean water and the other polluted water—using golden and silver paper to highlight the contrasting beauty and challenges in our environment.

This activity not only helped the children identify golden and silver objects in their surroundings but also encouraged them to reflect on the natural world, fostering creativity and a deeper appreciation for the beauty around them.
