Fifteen students from SPS TDSC participated enthusiastically in Mind Spark 5.0, organised by Salwan Public School, Gurugram. They competed in Jugaad Junction, Future Talk, Tangle with Tangrams and Logic Link, demonstrating creativity, logical reasoning, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Literary Excellence at the Ghalib Competition
Keshav Narayan and Gauravi Singh of SPS TDSC brought laurels through their commendable performances at the Ghalib Competition. Keshav earned a Special Mention Certificate, while Gauravi received an Appreciation Certificate. Their achievements reflected dedicated preparation, literary appreciation, creativity and confident expression. Salwanians Shine at CREO Competition
The students of SPS TDSC enthusiastically participated in the CREO Competition organised by Nehru World School, Ghaziabad. The competition provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their creativity, talent and innovative thinking. It featured diverse events conducted in online, live online and offline modes, enabling participants to demonstrate their skills across multiple domains. The students displayed remarkable confidence, originality and artistic expression throughout the competition. Bringing laurels to the school, the talented Salwanians secured the second prize in the Pop Art Competition. Triumphs at CBSE Athletics Meet 2026
SPS TDSC emerged as Overall Championship Winner in Under-17 Girls category at CBSE Athletics Meet 2026, hosted by Rudra International School, Meerut. Aarika Yadav won gold in 1500m and 800m. Silver medals were secured by 4×100m relay team—Ishaani Pramukh, Aarika, Rishika and Aarohi—and 4×400m team—Kanak, Avni, Ishaani and Aarika. Ishaani earned bronze in 200m, while Vidyanshi claimed bronze in shot put, bringing pride to school.
Young Shooters Hit the Silver Mark at the UP State Inter-School Shooting Competition
The Sub-Youth Men’s Shooting Team of SPS TDSC delivered an outstanding performance at the 26th UP State Inter-School Shooting Competition and secured the prestigious silver medal. The talented team, comprising Rajat Yadav, Dev Choudhary and Trishir Tripathi, demonstrated exceptional concentration, accuracy, discipline and team spirit. Their remarkable achievement brought immense pride and honour to the school.

Zonal Volleyball and Athletics Achievements
Students of SBS RN delivered an impressive performance at the Zonal Volleyball and Athletics competitions. The Senior Volleyball Team secured First Position, while the Junior and Sub-Junior Teams secured Third Position. In Athletics, Kunal secured Second Position in the 1500 m and 3000 m races, while Karan secured Third Position in both the 1500 m and 3000 m races. These achievements reflect the students’ dedication, teamwork and sporting excellence.

Class IX Project Rakshak in Nationals in India at WRO 2026
A team of three students- Somya, Jyoti and Vanshika from Class IX of SGS RN– participated in the World Robot Olympiad, organised by India STEM Foundation in collaboration with the National Council Of Science Museum at the Regional Level organized at Manav Rachna University, Faridabad on Monday, 10 August 2026. Prior to this, they successfully cleared the Virtual Round, which saw participation from teams across the country.
Their project has now been selected for the National Level Showcase Event, and the team will be representing their project at the upcoming event in Hyderabad.
Project -Rakshak is an innovative project that connects modern technology with India’s rich cultural heritage. It helps learn about historical monuments, traditions, and local culture in an interactive way. The project uses tools such as Arduino, sensors, displays, and multimedia systems for practical learning. Its main aim is to preserve and promote Indian heritage through technology-based activities. Overall, Rakshak acts as a bridge between India’s glorious past and the technology-driven future.
Zonal Level Competition Winners
Students of SGS RN showcased commendable talent and dedication in the Zonal Level Competitions, securing top positions across various events. Hiya Das, Class VIII, and Simran, Class VIII, secured First Position in Poster Making and English Essay Writing respectively. The school teams also performed exceptionally in Volleyball and Athletics. Sneha Santra, Class VIII, secured First Position in Science Toon and Collage Making, while Sneha Hazra, Class X, secured Second Position in Science Debate. Ipsa Santra, Class XI, secured Second Position in Poster Making and Third in Collage Making, and Sujata, Class XI, secured Third Position in the 3000 m Athletics event. These achievements reflect the students’ creativity, sporting spirit and commitment to excellence.
State-Level Judo Competition Achievement
Lakshita of Class VIII secured 3rd position in the Junior Judo category at the State-Level Competition, bringing laurels to the school.

Inspiring Visit to Dr. Ambedkar National Memorial
Students of Class VII of SPS MV visited the Dr. Ambedkar National Memorial on Thursday, 06 August 2026 as part of an educational excursion designed to deepen their understanding of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s life, contributions and legacy. The visit proved to be an insightful learning experience, with the students demonstrating exemplary knowledge and active participation. Their understanding and engagement were highly appreciated by the museum management. Vrisangan Thakur, Vivaan Batra and Shreya Singh of class VII further brought laurels to the school by receiving Certificates of Participation for their outstanding performance in the quiz competition, where they answered the majority of the questions correctly.
National-Level Recognition in Writing and Poetry Challenges
Students of SPS MV participated in the 3rd National Writing Challenge and Poetry Challenge, organised by The Aspiring Authors, prestigious national-level competitions promoting creative writing and literary excellence. With over 3,000 entries in the National Writing Challenge and 3,500 entries in the Poetry Challenge from across India, the achievements of the students are commendable. Aadya Subramanian and Yuven Garg of Class VI, and Avyaan Srivastava of Class III received awards in the National Writing Challenge, while Adya Lakshman of Class VII, Harsimrat Kaur and Tanishka Tomar of Class X and Divit Raheja of Class XI were recognised in the Poetry Challenge. Their winning stories and poems will be published in the respective national anthologies.
Outstanding Achievement in National Science Talent Test
Ishan Pandey, Class XII, brought pride to SPS MV by qualifying among the Top 100 Science Talents in the National Science Promotion Orient Test (SPOT) 2025–26, conducted by the Vikram Sarabhai Science Foundation (VSSF). His accomplishment reflects his scientific aptitude and sustained efforts towards academic excellence. In recognition of his achievement, Ishan was awarded a medal and a Certificate of Appreciation.
Success at Spring Blossoms National-Level Competition
Two students of class KG of SPS MV participated in the 6th Edition of Spring Blossoms, a national-level online competition organised by the Heritage Foundation of Art and Culture, held on Wednesday, 05 August 2026. Ashutosh Mishra of class KG, secured the 34th rank in Poem Recitation and received a Consolation award in Colouring, earning a Copper Medal. Aaradhya Sinha of class KG, secured the 35th rank in Poem Recitation and also received a Consolation award in Colouring, earning a Copper Medal. Their achievements reflect their enthusiastic participation in co-curricular activities at the national level.
DoE District Level Vocal Music Competition
SPS MV hosted the Department of Education District Level Vocal Music (Classical) Competition on Monday, 24 August 2026. Tejasvi Anand, Class X, secured Second Position in the Junior Girls Category. Her achievement reflects her talent and dedication and brought pride to the school.
Third Position Secured in Delhi State School Games- Rifle Shooting
Heeya Makhijani of Class X of SPS MV secured Third Position in the Delhi State School Games Rifle Shooting Competition, organised by the Government of NCT of Delhi. Her remarkable performance and dedication are highly commendable.
Zonal Athletics Meet 2026–27
The Zonal Athletics Meet 2026–27 was held at the Sports Complex, East Vinod Nagar, from 17 to 20 August 2026. Students of SPS MV delivered an impressive performance, securing positions in various events. Reyansh Nagpal, Class XI, secured First in Shot Put and Third in Discus Throw; Harshal, Class XI, secured Second in Long Jump. The Class VIII team secured Second in the 4×100 m Relay. Aadya Pandey, Class IX, secured First in 100 m, while Anvi Singh, Class VIII, secured Third. The girls’ 4×100 m Relay team secured First Position.
