Col Krishna Mohan Rai is an Indian Army Officer from Judge Advocate General Department with 28 years of experience in training and advising to higher military authorities-cum-litigation at various High Court (s), Armed Forces Tribunals and various Civil Courts.

An alumnus of Indian Military Academy, he has served in all parts of India in the capacity of Officer-In-Charge, Legal Cell(s), Deputy Assistant Adjutant General (Legal), Assistant Adjutant General (Legal), Director (Litigation) & Dy. Judge Advocate General.  He has served as Chief Legal Advisor and Instructor in a Foreign Assignment in Botswana (Africa) for three years.He is LL.B. (Bronze Medal), LL.M. (Gold Medal) and Masters in Personnel Management (M.P.M.). He is a practicing Advocate in Delhi High Court, Armed Forces Tribunal (s) and all District Court(s) for service matters, criminal cases etc.
