Smt. Rashmi Malik

Smt. Rashmi Malik, Principal of Salwan Public School, Gurugram, holds a Postgraduate degree in Information Technology and has over 27 years of experience in education. She is recognized for her significant contributions, having conducted workshops as a Resource Person and authored a research paper on Mental Health and Well-being in schools, which won the Best Paper award at the CBSE National Teacher’s Conference in Guwahati, October 2023.

Actively engaged in educational leadership, Ms. Malik serves on Executive Bodies such as the National Progressive Schools, Gurgaon Progressive School Council, and Forum of Public Schools. Her achievements include the CBSE National Teachers Award 2019-20, representative member of Indian Principals contingent selected for the Australian Government’s Women in School Leadership Programme, and a Certificate of Appreciation from PHD Chamber of Commerce for an article published in E Journal. She has also been honored with the Star Principal Award for School Excellence by Business World Magazine, Dr. Radhakrishnan Memorial Award for education excellence, and the International School Award for Leadership in International Curriculum Design by the British Council.
