A Paper titled “ ZIP LOCK MODEL FOR EDUCATING INDIAN TRIBALS: A Multipronged Approach for Educational, Social and Economic Equity”, authored by Ms Priyanka Barara, Principal, Salwan Public School, Rajendra Nagar and Dr. Shilpa Raghuvanshi Chauhan, PGT, Biotechnology, SPS Rajendra Nagar, has been shortlisted for a presentation at the National Conference on School and Teacher Education, organized by SCERT, New Delhi on 1st and 2nd February, 2023. This paper highlights a unique model of mainstreaming tribal students through a Native Language Social and Cultural Effort that addresses the feared exclusion of tribals from the world.
